Sackits Hot Shot catering is a family owned business. Cindi, Dale and Eric Meyers have over 20 years of experience in the catering industry. They started with a sack producing lunches for Wildland Firefighters.  Cindi is the ultimate director of catering and the kitchen. Dale is in charge of operations of the nonfood segment of the business and together they provide the expertise to make your event unforgettable.

Unlike some caterers who focus only on one type of food presentation or one caliber of clientele, Sackits Hot Shot Catering provides menus to fit all catering needs. The fact that we offer comfort foods, familiar and simple fare of home cooked tastes economically and affordable priced, doesn’t mean we don’t do elegant sumptuous creations such as sea scallops in a tomato cream sauce or sea bass on a bed of rice pilaf.

We also pride ourselves in using only the highest quality ingredients available.  We use natural cheese and use no processed meats. Natural and organic foods are our first choice. Always, we look for the best and the freshest, not the cheapest.
